Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the BLOH platform, a multi-vendor marketplace available online. Publisher: SAS Bloh France, headquartered at 26 rue du commandant Abrioux, 21000 Dijon, France. SIRET: 108 088 436 00010 — Share capital: €100,000. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept these conditions, you must stop using the platform. BLOH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.

To access the full features of BLOH, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for: • The confidentiality of your login credentials. • All activities carried out from your account. • Updating your personal information in case of change. BLOH reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity or behavior harmful to the community.

By placing an order on BLOH, you agree to: • Provide an accurate and complete shipping address. • Be legally capable of contracting (of legal age or an emancipated minor). • Pay the indicated price, including any shipping fees. The sale is concluded between the buyer and the seller. BLOH acts as an intermediary facilitating the transaction. An order confirmation is sent to you by email once your payment is validated. Prices are indicated in euros including tax. BLOH cannot be held responsible for pricing errors caused by sellers.

To become a seller on BLOH, you must: • Create a seller account and submit your profile for validation. • Be a legal adult or a legal entity. • Accept the seller-specific conditions. As a seller, you agree to: • Offer only lawful products that comply with French legislation. • Honor orders placed by buyers. • Keep your stock up to date and your product descriptions accurate. • Respect the announced shipping times. BLOH takes a commission on each sale made via the platform. The commission rate is defined in your seller space.

It is strictly forbidden to sell on BLOH: • Illicit, counterfeit products or those infringing intellectual property rights. • Controlled substances, prescription drugs, weapons or ammunition. • Dangerous products that do not comply with current safety standards. • Any hateful, discriminatory or pornographic content. • Live animals or protected species. Any breach of these rules results in the immediate removal of the concerned products and the suspension of the seller account, without prejudice to possible legal proceedings.

Payments on BLOH are secure. We accept the main payment methods (bank card, etc.). Bank data is processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment provider. BLOH does not store any raw bank data on its servers. In the event of a refused payment, the order is automatically cancelled. In case of suspected fraud, BLOH reserves the right to block the transaction and inform the competent authorities.

In accordance with French legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. To initiate a return: • Log in to your "My orders" space. • Select the order and the item(s) to return. • Follow the provided return instructions. The refund is made within 14 days following receipt of the return by the seller, via the original payment method. Return costs may be borne by the buyer depending on the seller's policy.

BLOH acts as a host and intermediary between buyers and sellers. As such: • BLOH cannot be held responsible for the quality, compliance or availability of products offered by sellers. • BLOH undertakes to keep the platform accessible, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. • BLOH is not responsible for indirect damage that may result from the use of the platform. Each seller is solely responsible for the products they offer, the information provided and compliance with applicable regulations.

All the elements making up the BLOH platform (logo, design, texts, source code) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, even partial, without prior written authorization from BLOH is strictly prohibited. Sellers retain the intellectual property of their content (photos, descriptions) but grant BLOH a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform.

These Terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
